Terms and refunds

Template: read this through and change anything that doesn't match how you run Aero SMP. Stripe needs a refund policy and contact details on your site before it will activate your account.

Who we are

Aero SMP is a Minecraft server run by [your name or business name], based in Victoria, Australia. Contact us at support@aerosmp.win or on our Discord.

What you're buying

Purchases are digital items for use on the Aero SMP server only: ranks, crate keys and Aether. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money, and are delivered to the in-game username you enter at checkout. Ranks last while your subscription is active.

Aero SMP is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Payments go to the server, not to Mojang.

Monthly ranks

Ranks are subscriptions. You're charged when you subscribe and then every month on the same date until you cancel. You can cancel any time with the "Manage or cancel your subscription" link on the store, or by contacting us; your rank stays until the end of the month you've paid for. If a payment fails and can't be collected, the rank is removed.

Switching to a different rank replaces your current one straight away, and the unused part of your current month is credited toward your next payment.

Delivery

Most items arrive within a couple of minutes. Some items, like crate keys and Aether, are delivered the next time you're online. If something hasn't arrived after an hour, contact us with your username and the receipt Stripe emailed you.

Wrong username

Check your username before paying. Bedrock players have a "." added to the start of their name on our server, and the store adds it for you. If you paid for the wrong name, contact us and we'll move it if it hasn't been used yet.

Refunds

Because items are delivered and usable straight away, we don't normally offer refunds once they've arrived, including for a month of a rank that has already started. We will refund you if an item was never delivered, if you were charged twice, or where Australian Consumer Law requires it.

If you open a chargeback or dispute instead of contacting us, the items from that order are removed, any rank subscription is cancelled, and the account may be banned from the store.

Buyers under 18

If you're under 18, ask a parent or guardian before you buy.

Rules

Buying something doesn't exempt you from the server rules. If you're banned for breaking them, purchases aren't refunded.
